GatePlus provides a comprehensive society management platform including visitor management, billing, maintenance tracking, and related services. Features may evolve with prior notice.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for safeguarding your account, providing accurate information, complying with applicable laws, and ensuring lawful use of the platform.
4. Data Accuracy
GatePlus is not responsible for inaccuracies caused by user-provided data. Users must verify critical information and report discrepancies promptly.
5. Prohibited Activities
Users must not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt services, scrape data, upload malicious content, or use the platform for fraudulent purposes.
Limitation of Liability
GatePlus is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months.
Termination
Either party may terminate with 30 days notice. Access may be suspended immediately for violations.
Intellectual Property
All platform content and functionality are owned by GatePlus and protected under applicable laws.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Karnataka courts.
